Yes! I’m HSA and FSA reimbursement eligible. I’ll provide a detailed invoice you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Yes, I am an approved provider through Carrot Fertility. If your employer offers Carrot benefits, my services may be fully or partially covered.

Not yet—but I’m working toward it. In the meantime, I’ll provide everything you need to submit for reimbursement.

Absolutely. A  50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot, and the remaining balance can be split into flexible installments, if needed

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots each month to help make care more accessible. Reach out if this would make a difference for your family.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable if your care needs to be rescheduled. I understand that birth and postpartum journeys can shift, and I aim to remain flexible.

Requiring full payment before services begin ensures that all administrative and financial matters are settled, allowing me to focus entirely on providing you with the best possible care.
This policy also secures your scheduled time, as I reserve specific slots for each client and often turn away other inquiries once booked.

This approach is standard among doulas and other service-based professionals. These policies are in place to ensure that doulas can provide dedicated and uninterrupted support to their clients.

If you choose to cancel services:

• Before services begin: The 50% retainer is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at my discretion, depending on the circumstances and the time reserved for your care.
• After services have started: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for reserved time that cannot be rebooked.
   

If I must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Before services begin: All payments made, including the retainer, will be refunded in full.
• After services have started: A prorated refund will be provided for any unused services.
   

My full cancellation policy is outlined in the service contract.

Yes, I hold a current CPR/AED certification for infants, children, and adults, along with a Bloodborne Pathogens certification. Your family’s safety is always a top priority.

Daytime support is typically offered between 7 AM and 8 PM. Overnight visits are scheduled between 10 PM and 6 AM. Weekend care may be available by request.

Yes. Some packages already include a mix, and I’m happy to adjust care based on what makes the most sense for your family.
