1.  Terms & Conditions

• There will be an additional trip charge for clients located outside the normal service area. However, this fee can be waived if a partner or family member can meet the doula within the standard service area. 
•  I value my safety (and yours), and adhere to universal precautions/OSHA guidelines at all times. 

*Circumstances that WOULD be a contradiction to encapsulating your placenta:

–  Infection present in mom or baby at the time of birth

–  Chorioamnionitis

–  Covid positive

–  Placenta not being stored properly before it can be picked up

A full refund is provided as long as notified prior to picking it up

2. Scheduling

Client is responsible for ensuring the placenta is refrigerated (home birth/birth center) or kept on ice (hospital birth) by bringing a cooler to their birth place. Placenta is picked up within 24 hours of being notified DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (I strive for same-day pickup, but please note that occasional delays may occur).
