Every Nurtured Nest™ package includes two in-person prenatal planning sessions and warm, in-home care tailored to your family’s needs. Support may include: Newborn care and soothing techniques, feeding support (breast, chest, or bottle), light housework or cooking, rest and recovery planning, emotional guidance and gentle education.
Daytime Packages
Support focused on emotional grounding, feeding guidance, and daytime routines. Day visits average 3–4 hours. Visits scheduled between 7 AM–8 PM.
Gentle Beginnings

The Nurtured Nest Signature

75 total hours: 20 daytime + 40 overnight
Our most comprehensive package for full-circle care, ritual healing, and premium support.
Includes:
- 5 overnight visits (8 hrs each = 40 hrs)
- 5 daytime visits (4 hrs each = 20 hrs)
- 1 Healing Table postpartum meal
- 1 Belly Binding session (wrap included)
- 1 Closing of the Bones ceremony
- Priority calendar access & flexible scheduling
PAYMENTS & FEE NOTES
To make postpartum support more accessible, payment plans are available for every package. A deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance can be split into scheduled payments based on your selected package.
- All package prices listed reflect the base service fee.
- Sales tax may be applied to physical product purchases (such as sitz soaks).
- A small service fee may apply to digital payments processed through Square or other third-party platforms.

Nurtured Beginnings Doula Care is a Carrot Fertility-approved provider, and all postpartum care services are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
We accept direct HSA and FSA card payments for all packages.
Upon request, I’m happy to provide a professional invoice for your records or reimbursement submission.
